Welcome To Chatfield Elementary 

Welcome to Chatfield Elementary! We are the Early Childhood - 2nd grade building in Belle Plaine Public Schools. Our mission is to pursue excellence in academics, programming, and the social and emotional development of our students.  We promote a “Be RED”  culture of kindness, inclusion, and pride in ourselves, our school, and our community.

We pride ourselves on building relationships. Allowing our staff to individualize, personalize, and differentiate instruction that meets the needs of all learners. This is possible through rigorous academic opportunities for all students through exceptional core instruction and a system of academic support and extension.  We educate the whole child through Social/Emotional instruction, comprehensive student support, and participation in daily specialist classes including Music, Media, and Physical Education.
