Welcome To Kids Co/Wraparound

Our mission is to provide before and after school care for children PreK-6th grade in an environment that is safe, enjoyable, and caring while supporting children’s individual educational and social development.

Kids Company is the before and after school care program for children K-6. It is run through Belle Plaine Community Education. The program operates out of Chatfield Elementary, with hours from 6:00 am until school starts at 8:10 am and after school until 6:00 pm. Kids Company is also open during the summer from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Kids Company gives kids daily opportunities that parents know are vital for their child's healthy growth. Kids Company provides children with life-enhancing programs that help young students see their potential and possibilities; we focus on character development, educational development, health and fitness skills, the arts and recreation. Parents love it because they know their kids are in the hands of youth guidance professionals who really care about them. Kids Company provides a way for parents to give their kids a quality before and after school experience at an affordable price. Parents only pay for the time their child is present at Kids Company. Students love Kids Company because they have many activities to choose from, including gym activities, outdoor games, arts and crafts, individual help with homework or just hanging out with friends.

Before School = $8
After School before 4:30pm = $8
After School after 4:30pm = $11

Wraparound (3 & 4 year olds)

Late Fee
If you pick up your child after 6:00 pm you will be charged an additional $5 for every 10 minutes you are late.  (Example 6:10pm = $5) This fine will be applied to your invoice.
 
Drop In / No Show Fee
There will be a $10 charge if your child is scheduled for Kids Company and does not show up without an email or phone call to Kids Company staff notifying them of the change. There will also be a $10 charge if your child shows up to Kids Company on a non-scheduled day without notifying Kids Company staff via email or phone call.
 
Payment
Accounts need to be kept current, you can pay online or by check. Kids Company no longer accepts cash payments. Keeping a credit on your account is encouraged and recommended but not necessary, bills exceeding $200 will be asked to pay it off before the child will be allowed to attend.  Make checks payable to Belle Plaine Kids Company.
 
Enrollment Fee 
Each School Year Per Family= $50
Each Summer Per Family= $25
